Brian Nolan, MPH

Senior Director

BrianWorking out of the Los Angeles office, Nolan brings over 25 years of experience in the health care and public health industries, with a focus on strategic planning, Federally Qualified Health Centers, and business development, implementation and evaluation. Nolan has worked at public and private non-profit health care organizations, including the Los Angeles County Departments of Health Services and Public Health and, most recently, serving as the Chief Operating Officer of the Community Clinic Association of Los Angeles County, the largest regional clinic consortium in California. He has extensive experience working with community agencies and developing collaborative relationships to achieve greater outcomes. Nolan received a Master of Public Health from Yale University in 1992, having completed an internship with the World Health Organization in Copenhagen, Denmark. Prior to joining the health field, Nolan worked as an aerospace engineer on the Galileo project at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and was the branch director of the International Language Institute in Puerto Cortés, Honduras, Central America.
